Mark Kostabi: Revisited

The World Erotic Art Museum (WEAM) presents Mark Kostabi: Revisited, a striking exhibition of fourteen new, large-scale paintings created exclusively for the museum by internationally renowned artist Mark Kostabi. Curated by WEAM Director Helmut Schuster, the show marks both Kostabi’s second solo exhibition at WEAM and the museum’s 20th anniversary. Living and working in Rome, Kostabi draws inspiration from classical ideals of beauty while exploring modern themes of eroticism, technology, and the paradoxes of digital intimacy.

Featuring his signature faceless figures, Kostabi’s works transform eroticism into a shared human experience that transcends identity and culture. Highlights include Sexting, a provocative look at intimacy amid digital distraction, and a surreal portrayal of three nude women taking a group selfie—juxtaposing joy, sensuality, and technology. Mark Kostabi: Revisited opens December 1, 2025, and runs through June 2026. Admission to the opening reception is free, with complimentary wine and beverages.
